Di established Horsey Jameson Bird. Over the years, she has become a well-known public speaker and served as Channel 10's on-air financial adviser. As HJB's Registered Tax Agent, Di is dedicated to providing effective client tax solutions.
She is a huge believer in giving back. Previously, she was a member of the Immigration Review Board and a judge for various awards, including Queensland Businesswoman of the Year. Di is passionate about music and is a great supporter of the Arts.
Di is a former board member of the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra (MSO), where she held various positions, including chairing their Finance Committee, which she completed on 31 October 2024 as Co-Deputy Chair. Di joined the MSO Board in April 2018.
On 14 September 2023, Di received an OAM from Her Excellency, The Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM, the 27th Governor of Queensland, at Government House.
